  I have rented from them for going on 10 months now. My experience with them has been horrible! Not only did they charge me 4 months up front (and not even tell my landlord how much they collected from me) but the process of renting the house was horrible as well as my stay in the residence. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me on if I was approved to move in the house (which the landlord was unaware of). I called and called and was told they are busy for 4 weeks. They try to swindle every penny out of you and do not communicate the finances with the home owner. Danny Hood himself is extremely disrespectful. He talks to you like you are inferior to him (as if he is better than you) and is quick to keep your deposit for any reason necessary. My actual landlord however is awesome which is the only reason I am still in my residence. I keep telling him that they are not properly managing his residences, hopefully he pulls his properties from them soon. Anytime something in the house needs to be fixed, the landlord fixes it.......so what good is this property management company if all they do is accept payment every month. Danny Hood completely brought me out of my character by the way he talked to me. I strongly suggest that no one allow this rip off company to manage your properties as he is in no rush to get them rented or to rent from him.

  Very good property management. They treat each property like its their own and also make sure things are done and done right. Recommend them to all my friends and family. Very friendly people to talk to also!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Bus chartered for company trip to Busch Gardens. Broke down 2 hours outside of the park at rest stop. Replacement bus broke down as well. We've been waiting for replacement or repair for 5 1/2 hours!!! Inexcusable! Worst bus trip ever!

  The staff at this location is obviously uneducated. I've been in three times this year to bring back certain documents and each time is worse than the last. Not only are they rude, they all act like they don't want to work. each time they tell me I need to come back when so and so is working....... I have to make them help me. I don't have a schedule where I can wait and come back. The last straw was when I was asking about certain advertisements and they acted like they have no idea what I'm talking about. Do they not watch their commercials?? Maybe a general manager or higher up manager needs to come to this location And train the staff better. I would definitely recommend going to the one on ash street! The staff their is always knowledgeable and friendly. Will not be coming back this particular location ever again.
